Snowy and Cold. Anything about 25 degrees Celsius (with a breeze) is too hot for comfort.

I'm a fan of the Arts, so I'd say Julliard. I can't get over the fact that the tour for Harvard actually says "Hahvahd". My respect for them dropped after that. Plus that the Ivy League was named such because there were originally 4 universities in it (IV- the Roman numeral for 4, hence "I. V.")...
