HYE gotten a present that was useless? (I got a blue ray dvd yesterday,... problem is.. I don't know anyone who owns a blue ray player... I know the person who gave it to me had the best intentions but... SERIOUSLY!!! )

Yeah. One year I asked for a new wallet (I was getting older, around 15ish) and my aunts bought me a red wallet with a cat on it. I was so horrified... I never used that.

HYE stayed up until 3 am to open your stocking?

no but I've gotten up at 3 am to empty my shoe on Nikolaustag (6th of December, in Germany kids get presents that are (traditionally ) put into their shoes that they put in fron of their doors on the evening of Dec. 5th... We always got our presents on a plate (mostly sweets and a small toy) and there were a couple of times when I got up around 3 am to check out my stuff..)

HYE watched BBC's mini-series 'Lost in Austen'? (I just finished watching it... it's hilarious!)

Yes! My mom's entire family still lives there, so I've been there several times to visit my cousins. It's amazing!

hundreds of times... I find that the longer I wait the more happy I am with what I buy.

No... I've been pretty lucky when it comes to lost and stolen stuff... I've never had anything stolen and I only lost stuff that wasn't expensive or important (like gloves and umbrellas.. I lose those on a regular basis)

HYE watched Disney's Beauty and the Beast? (watched it last night... I LOVE that movie )
